A Good Local Family Restaurant

Since we arrived here in Hong Kong, I have been searching high and low for some of the culinary delights that Hong Kong has to offer… I seem (well most of the time) to be able to spot or search out good eateries… No idea how I do it, but I am sure it is all my belly.
Our kitchen here is pretty damn small and I cannot be arsed to cook everyday, plus my Chinese cooking skills are not that good anyhows, and the million and one restaurants here in Hong Kong can sure as hell cook a more varied amount of food than me. Plus they are much better at it.

I have searched high and low for the perfect tart. Finally after tasting most of the tarts that Hong Kong has to offer, I have found it, but to get me there I have had to eat some real bad ones.
